Using Tuning Forks to Enhance Clinical Practise

14 - 15 November 2026 CICM Reading, England 9am to 4pm daily

Book directly with CICM

I first picked up a tuning fork that belonged to Mum around about 20 years ago. Mum (Toni) had just travelled to the USA to learn a tuning fork course and came home super excited to treat people. I was her first guinea pig. I felt amazing after the first treatment, and I said to myself ‘These fork thingies go alright’. Yet, I was embracing my acupuncture and Tui Na massage so I never considered learning this sound healing modality. Over the years though, tuning forks became an undeniable force in our clinic. Mum was getting awesome results. She had been back to the USA to learn more on tuning forks. Now she had an arsenal of forks to heal all of Australia. Ha. That is what it felt like anyway. She taught me everything she knew and by 2016 I was treating patients with tuning forks, acupuncture and massage.

This workshop is designed to give you that passion, that excitement, that feeling that I had. The tuning forks can really enhance your clinical practice. Across the two days you will learn how to use weighted tuning forks on the body via the acupuncture channels and points, as well as the chakra system. You will also learn how to use unweighted forks out in the aura or Biofield via Mother/Father zones, the Ancestral River, and various constructs. You also learn how to treat the organ system both physically and meta-physically with the tuning forks.

Across the two days you will learn to use tuning forks to enhance your clinical practice.

Introduction to Tuning Forks

In this free workshop participants will learn more about what tuning forks are, how they work and what they can be used for. Cautions will be introduced, along with the difference between a weighted tuning fork and an unweighted tuning fork. The Biofield or Aura will be touched on. We will then discuss what the different frequencies or Hertz (Hz) of tuning forks are by describing the different resonances are and how they act on the body. These include the Schumann Resonance, Solfeggio Frequencies, Fibonacci Frequencies, and Ohm Frequencies. This free resource will conclude with a discussion on how to use the various tuning forks, including how to strike them, how to use them on the body or off the body, and using them with/without acupuncture needles.

Further, participants will receive various ‘Opening’ and ‘Closing’ activations to get a better sense of how to start and finish tuning fork treatments.
