To lift the skin, you need to lift the Qi.

This workshop is the companion to our ebook, (which is included with this course), with the focus on facial disorders using tuning forks. The Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding of beauty is that it is simply a reflection of healthy Qi, therefore beauty and health are inseparable. By ensuring the internal organs are strong we aid the health of the face. As we create blocks in our heart, organs and emotions we proceed to block energetic points on our face. The face is the mirror of the internal organs, as stated in one of the first books written on Chinese Medicine which is over 2,000 years old (49th essay of the SPiritual Pivot (Líng Shū/靈樞 ). It states:

Huang Di said, ‘The Birght Foyer is the nose. The Watch Tower is between the eyebrows. The Court is the forehead. The Fence is the cheek. The Shield refers to the area around the Ear Door. For these places and in between one would desire that they be correct and large, so that from ten paces all the externals can be seen. IF thy are like this it means long life and one must hit a hundred years.” (Wu 1993, p172).

As with all our workshops, we will also delve into some of the Mysteries of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
