Acupuncture Point Combinations with Tuning Forks

Online Workshop

We are delighted to have the opportunity to offer this workshop to our tuning fork crew. It is designed to get participants thinking about the reasons for their point combination choices via theoretical discussion and practical tuning fork application. We will discuss a range of ancient, and modern, point combinations, before practical demonstrations are provided. This will lead into participants getting the chance to practically apply these point combinations using two tuning forks, one in each hand, on two different points.

Recently, the international publishing company Singing Dragon commissioned David to write a book titled ‘The Principles and Practical Application of Acupuncture Point Combinations’ which was released in August 2019. This came about as a result of David researching, gathering and generating information out to participants and will supplement the textbook content beautifully. It is designed to get participants thinking about the reasons for their point combination choices via theoretical discussion and practical tuning fork application.

“…the point combinatin is seen as the stimulus which can initiate not only healing, but also an ongoing process of personal development.” (Ross 1995, p.xiii)

“Learning how best to combine the points allows practitioners to study far less points individaully, becuase they will understand how points should be grouped together, thereby providing optimal treaments results. As Aristotle said: ‘The whole is greater than the sum of its parts’.'” (David Hartmann)

As with all of our workshops, we will also delve into some of the Mysteries of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
