Note on the Workshop:
You do not have to have attended any of my previous tuning fork workshops. Each workshop stands alone, plus they are repeated throughout the year anyway. They will also become online options by the end of 2024.
Description:
The ‘Musculoskeletal Activations’ are treatments designed to target key muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint issues. There is a heavy emphasis on the use of acupuncture channels and points for each activation, via the use of local and distal regions.
Therefore, the workshop would be of interest to people that want to learn more about the acupuncture channels and points and/or how to treat musculoskeletal disorders.
The workshop will focus on the areas of:
· Head – headaches and relaxation
· Neck, posterior (back of) shoulders and upper back
· Mid-back, lower back, hips and gluteal muscles
· Hamstrings, calves and quadricep muscles
· Ankles
· Knees
· Wrists
· Elbows
· Forearm muscles
· Anterior (front of) shoulder.
